Marvel Games and NetEase Games announced details for the second half of Season 1.5 "Eternal Night Falls" for the superhero PvP team shooting game "Marvel Rivals."
It became available starting Friday, February 21, 2025.

The second half of Season 1.5 "Eternal Night Falls" for the superhero PvP team shooting game "Marvel Rivals" began on Friday, February 21, 2025.
The highlights are none other than the new playable characters "Human Torch" and "The Thing"!
Human Torch (Fighter)

The Human Torch adds an intense flare to every battle with scorching flames. When he's not busy burning Dracula's legions with flames brighter than the sun itself, he's soaring across the city to gather Chronovium and scavenge for parts of the Timestream Reintegration Device.
Human Torch is a fighter skilled in aerial attacks.
He can spread flames that deal continuous damage over a certain area and can also perform sudden attacks that knock back enemies.
His Ultimate Skill can generate a tornado of flames and is even stronger through cooperation with Storm.
The Thing (Vanguard)

Ben Grimm originally signed up to be a pilot for his pal Reed, but he never imagined that he'd return from the mission as an indescribable monster: The Thing. Even though beaming cosmic rays transformed his flesh, a heart of gold still beats his rocky exterior.
As New York City plunged into eternal night, the Thing has made it his mission to selflessly protect his home and lead missions to collect Chronovium by putting his piloting skills to the test.
The Thing's basic attack is his fist.
As expected from his appearance, he is a highly durable Vanguard who uses a shield.
He also possesses mobility, such as a charge that can destroy objects and a jump to an ally's location.
His Ultimate Skill, which deals damage and knocks up over a wide area in front, also appears easy to use.
Release skins for Human Torch and The Thing, as well as the new map "Empire of Eternal Night: Central Park," and other content were also implemented in the update on Friday, February 21, 2025.
