Xbox provider Microsoft has announced that its acquisition of ZeniMax Media, the parent company of Bethesda Softworks, announced in September 2020, has now officially closed.

Xbox Game Pass as early as later this week.
With the completion of Microsoft's acquisition of ZeniMax Media, Bethesda Game Studios, id Software, ZeniMax Online Studios, Arkane, MachineGames, Tango Gameworks, AlphaDog, and Roundhouse Studios.
Popular titles from these studios will now be playable on Xbox, PC, and Xbox Game Pass.
More information will be announced later in 2021, and Bethesda Softworks game titles will be available on Xbox Game Pass as early as later this week.
Bethesda Softworks also commented on the announcement on its official website.
