MIRU-e company has announced the selection audition for the first generation of its esports spectating-specialized VTuber project MIRU-e.
The application period is from Friday, December 26, 2025 – Saturday, January 31, 2026.
The project's mission is to cultivate an esports viewing culture within Japan.

Making Spectating Itself Into Entertainment

MIRU-e is a specialized VTuber project aimed at fostering esports spectating culture.
In the Japanese esports scene, it is said that a culture where spectating itself becomes an independent form of entertainment, as seen overseas, is still in the developmental stages.
This project aims to become a bridge that shares passion with viewers by visualizing the drama of players that goes beyond winning or losing matches.

What Is Required of the First-Generation Members

The first generation members being recruited this time will be the first to embody the vision of the project.
In particular, passion as an expresser who is familiar with the MOBA genre, such as League of Legends, and can convey its appeal is required.
A characteristic feature of this recruitment is that the aspiration to help create a spectating culture together is prioritized over whether or not one has streaming experience.

Environment to Work as a Professional Is Provided

For the successful candidates, support will be provided in an environment where they can concentrate on their activities as professionals, including the following rewards and benefits:

  • Fixed salary
  • Incentives based on activities
  • Provision of Live2D models tailored to individuality
  • Lending of equipment necessary for streaming, such as PCs (excluding internet connection)

Details of the Recruitment Overview

Application requirements include being a female aged 18 or older residing in Japan and having experience playing LoL or the MOBA genre.
Additionally, applications are limited to those who can conclude an exclusive contract (outsourcing) with the company after passing.
The ideal candidates are those with a passion for esports, particularly centered on LoL and MOBA, empathy for the project philosophy, and the ability to engage in activities continuously with a professional mindset.
