MIXI has announced the end of service for its smartphone apps, Tower of Sky and Mystery Record, which were developed as part of the MONSTER STRIKE series.

Tower of Sky and Mystery Record will end service on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. Tower of Sky was released on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, and Mystery Record on Thursday, March 30, 2023, meaning their service lasted about one year.

MIXI developed both apps as part of the MONSTER STRIKE series, carrying on the universe of its flagship smartphone app, MONSTER STRIKE. They drew attention by featuring popular characters from MONSTER STRIKE, such as Lucifer and Pandora, successfully attracting players from the original game as well.
Tower of Sky released its event schedule leading up to the end of service.
Although the games attracted new players through crossover events like the Hololive collaboration, the sudden end-of-service announcement brought an outpouring of sadness on social media.
