Since many people had a relatively large number of holidays during Golden Week 2024, there are likely many who were able to enjoy their favorite games to their heart's content.
In particular, it felt like titles with online multiplayer were easy to find matches in, and among them, Splatoon 3 on Nintendo Switch was likely played by many!
In addition to the already large player base, the Nintendo Switch Golden Week Sale (which has now ended) allowed the digital version of Splatoon 3 to be purchased at 30% off, so there were probably quite a few people who started playing during Golden Week, weren't there?
A charm of Splatoon 3 is that various in-game events are frequently held.
While Grizzco Industries' internal event, Eggstra Work, scheduled for Saturday, May 11, 2024, at 9:00 AM to Monday, May 13, 2024, at 9:00 AM, is approaching, the holding of the next Splatfest has also been announced!
Grizzco's next Eggstra Work event has been announced! It'll take place between 5 PM on 5/10 and 5 PM on 5/12. The featured stage is Jammin' Salmon Junction, but no word yet on if this team-building event will include trust falls. pic.twitter.com/S87p4euCbf

What would you do at the world's end? Details for the 16th Splatfest Announced!

It has been decided that the 16th Splatfest for Splatoon 3 will be held from Saturday, May 18, 2024, at 9:00 AM to Monday, May 20, 2024, at 9:00 AM!
And the theme of interest is "What would you do at the world's end? Same Ol', Bucket List, or Save the Day."
The previous Spring Fest was "It's spring! A time for fuzzy fluffiness! Baby Chicks vs. Li'l Bunnies vs. Bear Cubs," and the one before that was the Potato Chip Splatfest with "Which instrument would you play? Drums vs. Guitar vs. Keyboard." These were very peaceful themes, so this one is suddenly serious and somewhat ominous, isn't it?
It is strictly a what-if story, but when you think about what if the world ended tomorrow, your heart might flutter a little.
Think about how you would spend your time in such a situation, and decide which side to vote for by the start of the Sneak Peek!
And for those who purchased Splatoon 3 during the Nintendo Switch Golden Week Sale, this will be your first Splatfest!
I think you are still in the stage of trial and error regarding what kind of weapon is good, what kind of gear is good, and how you should move.
The Splatoon 3: Starting from Scratch guide, which will be helpful for all of you, is currently available on the Nintendo Website!
The Weapon Selection edition and the Gear Selection edition have been released, so why not take a look at them for reference?
The theme for the 16th Splatfest is in! It asks: "What would you do at the world's end?" Same Ol', Bucket List, or Save the Day?
It's an ominous theme, but fortunately hypothetical, so you can participate worry-free.
This event runs from 5/17 at 5pm until 5/19 5pm PT! pic.twitter.com/Bfpxm4fEhM
