On Thursday, June 5, 2025, the gameplay trailer for "Street Fighter 6" Year 2's final DLC character "Elena" was revealed. The trailer shows Elena using capoeira to toy with her opponents.
Elena Joins "Street Fighter 6"!
First appearing in 1997's "Street Fighter III" series, Elena grew up in Kenya's majestic natural environment, developing a generous heart and positive attitude toward challenges.
In "Street Fighter 6," after an intense battle with her friend Akuma, she embarks on another world tour to reflect on the lessons learned.

Elena Character Introduction
As a capoeira master, Elena uses her long legs and unpredictable movements to play with her "prey." While retaining many signature moves from previous games, she gains powerful new techniques that enhance her "unpredictable" fighting style.
Elena's Special Moves
"Rhinohorn" charges forward with rapid kicks - holding the kick button executes a longer-range jumping kick.
While ineffective against crouching opponents, cornered enemies can be chased down with "Scratch Wheel." This anti-air technique's sharp kicks create offensive opportunities against jumping attacks.
"Link Thing" uses rotational momentum for unique forward movement, dodging projectiles while enabling four follow-up techniques for advantage.
"Leopard Snap" excels at long-range surprise attacks, while "Harvest Circle" launches opponents for aerial combos, inheriting Link Thing's projectile invincibility. "Mallet Smash" delivers mid-level overhead strikes.
The fourth follow-up, "Link Swirl," enhances other techniques through additional spins. Enhanced versions gain new properties.
"Leopard Snap" advances even when blocked, "Harvest Circle" extends combo windows, and "Mallet Smash" improves evasion while enabling powerful follow-ups regardless of being blocked. OD Link Thing similarly boosts all follow-ups.
Signature move "Spin Size" combines spinning kicks, now chainable from Link Swirl for expanded strategies.
"Moonglide" performs evasive backflips into vertical kicks, punishing opponents' attacks.
Elena's Super Arts
Level 1 Super Art "Meteor Volley" delivers jump-invincible flying kicks with combo potential.
Level 2 "Revive Dance" nullifies attacks with a forward kick into healing dance. Input down during animations to recover health - tactical usage determines whether this brings recovery or damage.
Level 3 "Grassland Song" showcases Elena's classic style - launching opponents before mocking them with nature-infused kick combos for massive damage.
