Capcom Co., Ltd. has released a teaser trailer for Akuma, the fourth Year 1 additional character for the latest title in the series, Street Fighter 6.
Akuma is scheduled to join the roster around Spring 2024.
Akuma Year 1 Additional Character 4 Teaser Trailer Released!
While the Year 1 additional characters for Street Fighter 6 have been available since July 2023, the arrival of the finale, Akuma, has been announced.
Compared to the Akuma from the previous title, Street Fighter V, he appears to have gained more presence in this game, with his hair changing from red to white.
Furthermore, the depiction of his muscles was inspired by Buddhist statues and animals, resulting in a cooler design.

In addition to joining as a playable character in Fighting Ground, Akuma will appear as a master in World Tour, just like previous additional characters. You can meet him as a master, deepen your bond as master and pupil, and learn various techniques.
You can meet Akuma in the new area, Gokuento arc.
