Tencent Cloud has officially announced its collaboration agreement with POCKET PAIR, Inc.
Under this partnership, Tencent Cloud has been appointed as the official cloud partner for building dedicated multiplayer servers for Palworld, a game developed by POCKET PAIR.
Tencent Cloud’s lightweight cloud solution, Tencent Cloud Lighthouse, will be used for this purpose.

Released in January 2024, Palworld is a monster-raising, open-world survival crafting game that supports multiplayer for up to 32 players.
Within just one month of launch, the game surpassed 25 million total players.
By using Tencent Cloud Lighthouse, the cloud solution provided for Palworld, users can deploy a dedicated server in as little as three seconds with no complex configuration required.
Set up your own multiplayer server, customize your gaming environment, and enjoy playing together with friends and acquaintances.

Through this collaboration, Tencent Cloud will roll out its dedicated multiplayer server cloud services not only in Japan, but also across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, including the United States, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
The goal is to deliver an even better gaming experience to Palworld players around the world.
Tencent Cloud also stated that, through its partnership with POCKET PAIR, it aims to further create and expand the value of cloud services within the gaming industry.
Looking ahead, the company plans to continue providing high-quality cloud services to Japanese companies while striving to deliver the best possible entertainment experiences to users worldwide.
