The Evolved ROG Ally X Is Confirmed for Release

It has been exactly one year since the release of ASUS's handheld gaming console ROG Ally in June 2023!
While a 1st anniversary campaign has been ongoing since 12:00 AM on Saturday, June 1, 2024, shocking news has arrived.
The ROG Ally X, a successor with enhanced specs, has been announced!

The ROG Ally X is a completely new handheld gaming console redesigned based on user feedback.
The core components for performance utilize the AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme processor, which was also featured in the ROG Ally.
However, by revising the motherboard, heat dissipation efficiency has been improved, and it also features a built-in 80Wh battery, which is double that of the ROG Ally.

The main memory, which shows its true value in open-world games and similar titles, is 24GB (LPDDR5X 7500MHz), and the storage is equipped with a 1TB SSD!
Furthermore, it has undergone further evolution while maintaining the same body size, such as having two USB Type-C ports available.

A new black color has been adopted for the body.
The ROG Ally X is a new product that reflects user feedback, such as rounded edges for an easier grip and the downsizing of the rear macro buttons.

As of the time of writing, this is the only information that has been announced.
Other details and pricing are expected to be announced after summer 2024.
