The Hunting Music Festival features full orchestra performances of songs from the Monster Hunter series.
In 2024, which marks the series' 20th anniversary, a tour is being held in four cities across Japan with five performances. Albums containing the day and night performances held on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at Tokyo International Forum Hall A, which was the first stop, will be released.
The album recording the day performance, "Monster Hunter 20th Anniversary Orchestra Concert: Hunting Music Festival Daytime 2024," welcomes various guest musicians, including guitar and traditional Japanese instruments. It features a rich lineup of songs, from popular tunes like "Spark of Blue - Zinogre" and "Barbarous Beast - Magnamalo" to the first full-orchestra performance of songs familiar to fans, such as “Plenty Well-Cooked!!

The album recording the night performance, "Monster Hunter 20th Anniversary Orchestra Concert: Hunting Music Festival Nighttime 2024," includes many heavy and powerful monster hunting themes, such as the main themes from previous entries in the series and "The Legend Descends - Fatalis."
