RAGE—one of the largest esports entertainment organizations in Japan, managed by CyberZ, Inc., avex entertainment, and TV Asahi Corporation—has announced the first wave of participating teams for APEX LEGENDS ASIA FESTIVAL 2024 WINTER, taking place on February 24 (Sat) and 25 (Sun), 2024.
Organizers previously announced that professional teams from Japan, China, and South Korea would participate in this event, marking the first time Japan will host it, and they have now revealed the specific teams for the first wave.

First wave of participating teams announced!
Apex Legends Asia Festival 2024 Winter commemorates the 5th anniversary of the launch of Apex Legends, featuring professional teams from Japan, China, and South Korea, alongside world-class teams invited as special guests.
On both Day 1 and Day 2, top pro teams from Japan, China, and South Korea will face off in Battle Royale and Team Deathmatch formats. Organizers have now unveiled the first wave of competing teams.

The stage program will feature three main types of content:
- Battle Royale: The winning region will be determined by the total points from all matches.
- Team Deathmatch: A round-robin tournament between regions, where the region with the most wins takes the title.
- Show Match: An exhibition match featuring approximately 7 professional players and creators.
In the community area, team booths for FENNEL, RIDDLE ORDER, Kinotrope Gaming, NORTHEPTION, and others will provide opportunities for fans to interact with attendees.

ASIA FESTIVAL Japan Qualifiers to be held!
The ESCL qualifiers for APEX LEGENDS ASIA FESTIVAL 2024 WINTER, part of the ongoing Apex Legends Beat the ALGS Pros event that began on January 6, 2024 (Sat), will run over two days on January 13 (Sat) and 14 (Sun), 2024.
The winning team from this tournament will earn the right to compete in APEX LEGENDS ASIA FESTIVAL 2024 WINTER, so keep an eye out.

Official advance tickets on sale from January 15 (Mon)!
Official advance tickets for APEX LEGENDS ASIA FESTIVAL 2024 WINTER will go on sale starting January 15, 2024 (Mon) at 8:00 PM.
Since the early official advance tickets released in December 2023 completely sold out, these official advance tickets will likely sell out quickly as well. Make sure not to miss the start of sales!
