Japan's largest esports entertainment, RAGE, operated by CyberZ, Inc., avex entertainment inc., and TV Asahi Corporation, announced that Apex Legends Asia Festival 2024 Winter, commemorating the 5th anniversary of Apex Legends, will take place at Makuhari Messe for two days on Saturday, February 24 and Sunday, February 25, 2024.
Early-bird official advance tickets will go on sale starting Monday, December 25, 2023.
Commemorating the 5th Anniversary! Apex Legends Asia Festival 2024 Winter Announced
Esports entertainment, RAGE, announced the Apex Legends Asia Festival 2024 Winter to commemorate the 5th anniversary of Apex Legends.
This marks the first time the Apex Legends Asia Festival will take place in Japan. A total of 20 teams will participate, including professional teams from Japan, China, and South Korea, alongside top global teams invited as special guests.
Both Day 1 and Day 2 will feature battle royale matches among top professional teams from Japan, China, and South Korea, as well as show matches in various game modes featuring pros and content creators.
In addition to the main stage area, the venue will feature a play area, exhibition area, food area, and team booths.
As Asia's largest community area for an offline Apex Legends event, it will offer exclusive content that fans can only experience on-site.
The event will also be live-streamed on the official RAGE YouTube channel and Twitch channel. Schedules, merchandise details, and program information will be announced at a later date. Calligrapher Mami Appointed as Cultural Ambassador!
Calligrapher Mami (@mamimozi) has been appointed as the cultural ambassador for the Apex Legends Asia Festival.
Known as MAMIMOZI, Japanese calligrapher Mami established the traditional calligraphy style, Calligraf2ity, inspired by graffiti, a visual language born from hip-hop culture.
She previously delivered a special performance during the 3rd anniversary of Apex Legends, and fans can look forward to another live performance at the 5th-anniversary event.
Ticket Sales Begin December 25!
Applications for the Apex Legends Asia Festival early-bird official advance sale will open on Monday, December 25, 2023, at 8:00 PM.
These advance tickets offer a discount off regular prices, so be sure to apply if you plan to attend!
