EVO Japan 2026 presented by Revatech (EVO Japan 2026), one of the largest fighting game festivals in Japan! In this issue, we will introduce the booths of " Sanwa Denshi," "Hekii Kobo," and " Akko!
A mecca for akebono players! Sanwa Denshi Booth

A fighting game is inseparable from the Ace-Controller. And when it comes to akebono, Sanwa Denshi is the place to be!

At the Sanwa Denshi booth, as in previous years, a large number of levers and buttons for Akebono were on sale at special EVO prices. Original stickers were distributed with purchases totaling 1,000 yen or more. I couldn't help but buy a few spare Akebono buttons as well.

The large number of buttons and other parts lined up in a row is always a sight to behold.

This year, a collaboration button with " GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE- (GGST)" is also available. GGST players will be able to change their buttons to match their characters.

Sanwa Denshi is currently accepting orders for buttons with original designs. I think I'll ask them to do the same for me.

Also on display this year was a reference exhibit of the new " Flexi " akebono system, which is scheduled to go on sale this spring. The top panel design can be changed for a high degree of customization. We can't wait to see it on the market!

Buttons developed by Nippon Aleph, a company with an established reputation for automotive parts, were also on display. Expectations are high for durability at the level of automobile parts, which can withstand long hours of intense play. We could also feel the firm press of the button when we lightly touched it.
Exhibiting again this year! Hekii Kobo booth!

Hekii Kobo, which manufactures and sells devices for "Street Fighter 6," will be exhibiting again this year!

The " JumpHack X2 ", a lever-less device with an astonishing " top panel-less " appearance, will be on display.

The buttons can be moved freely.

The buttons can be fixed with strong magnets, so you can customize it as many times as you like. This is a wonderful idea!

Highly responsive, low-stroke " option " buttons are also available. The number of options for custom parts for Akebono is increasing day by day. We never get tired of looking at them.
This year was the first time to exhibit at Akko booth!

Akko, a keyboard brand, will be exhibiting at the gaming festival!
Its exhibits include, of course, not only keyboards ... but also

FUNBOX
FUNBOX", a lever-less arcade game controller, will be exhibited for the first time in Japan! This is a confident product " seriously made by a keyboard maker ".

FUNBOX
Some terms, such as " equipped with a rapid trigger," are not often heard in explanations of gaming devices. Theoretically, it is the fastest input keyboard ever made, and the know-how of a keyboard manufacturer is fully utilized.

FUNBOX
When I actually touched it, I found that it has a completely different pressing feel than the buttons on an arcade controller. It seems that in many cases, this is more comfortable for FPS players to play gaming.
There were also many other companies exhibiting just the akebono parts! We felt as if we were touring an electric town as we made our way around the exhibition hall.
