" Shadowverse Fes 2026 " was held at Makuhari Messe on Saturday, June 20, and Sunday, June 21, 2026.
Of course, players could participate in various tournaments, but the event was designed so that you could enjoy yourself all day long just by visiting the different booths.
In this article, we’ll focus on the Memorial Gallery —an exhibition area where you can look back on the history of Shadowverse—and the various photo spots!

Shadowverse Fes 2026 is Here!

“Shadowverse Fes 2026” was held on a grand scale to commemorate Shadowverse’s 10th anniversary.
Posters could be seen here and there even on the way to the venue.

Immediately upon entering, a long row of freestanding signs modeled after in-game cards lined the path.

Then, as you head down the stairs and follow the main visual and the signage...!

The entrance is dazzling with its luxurious chandelier!
Promotional videos for past card packs play continuously on the monitors, and just watching them brings back memories of the past.

A memorial gallery where you can look back on the history of Shadowverse

Just beyond the entrance lies the Memorial Gallery.
It’s an exhibition tracing Shadowverse’s 10-year journey.

First up is a timeline listing the release dates of each Shadowverse expansion pack and other details.

It also included detailed information on tournament winners and more.

The collection included not only the leaders of each class but also all the followers that appeared in each pack.

Materials related to “Godslayer: Anathema,” the latest expansion at the time of the festival, were also on display.

For players who have played many matches—including in the previous title, "Shadowverse"—this is sure to bring back nostalgic memories of thinking, "Oh yeah, I remember that card!"

Personally, I’ll never forget the moment I tapped the “Gandagouza, the Unrivaled Fist Master of All Time” card—the person behind me suddenly burst out laughing and said, “Hey, there’s Gandagouza!”
After all, it was a truly terrifying card that wreaked havoc in the past…!

Encountering Ace and Clay Golem!

While wandering around the booths, I unexpectedly ran into Ace!
I was in such a hurry to get my camera ready that the photo came out a little blurry, but I hope it still conveys the real sense of speed from that sudden encounter.

As I followed Ace, I spotted a Clay Golem there too!
It wasn’t intentional, but I think the silhouette against the backlight really adds to the power of this close-up.
By the way, this golem…
He was super friendly—even high-fiving people who were there.

At the end, they even held a photo session where everyone could line up to take pictures.
Personally, I felt from the bottom of my heart that just getting to meet Ace and the others made the trip worth it.

Ace’s Room

The Ace’s Room—which could be called the face of “Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond,” as mentioned earlier—was surprisingly on display!
Its appearance is somewhat reminiscent of the individual “spaces” available to players…

It was decorated with cute decorations to celebrate Ace’s birthday on June 16.

There are also photos of the dogs that appeared during the April Fools’ Day event “Shadogverse.”
Let’s hope Shadogverse is held again next year.

Shadowverse Photo Studio

There was also an event where you could take a special photo with your favorite character.
It was a lottery-based event, but luckily, I was selected, so I went and had my photo taken.

Since I tend to use dragons a lot, I took a photo with Garan.
...I got carried away by the excitement of the event and got a little too confident.
I’m sorry.

As you can see, just walking around taking photos at these exhibits was enough to really feel the significance of Shadowverse’s 10th anniversary!
