Nintendo has announced that the "Drag x Drive Online Experience Global Jam" will be held from Saturday, August 9 to Monday, August 11, 2025. Free reservations are available starting Wednesday, July 16, 2025, and will be held simultaneously around the world for three days, four hours each day.

"Drag x Drive" can be played before its release! "Online Experience" will be held!

At the "Drag x Drive Online Experience Global Jam" you can enjoy a tutorial on mouse operation and a 3x3 basketball game with players from all over the world, and you can try out the game, which was created to take advantage of the Nintendo Switch2 mouse operation, for free before its release. The game is designed to take advantage of the Nintendo Switch 2 mouse control. Players can enjoy the game by themselves against players from all over the world, or get together with friends to enjoy the game.

Please note that the event will be held simultaneously for 3 days, 4 hours each day, worldwide, and that you will not be able to play outside of the dates and times of the event. Reservations for the online experience begin on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, and can be made for free at My Nintendo Store. The game will be available for download on and after Friday, August 1, 2025.

What is "Drag x Drive" for Nintendo Switch 2?

"Drag x Drive" is a wheelchair basketball-like sports game that will be released on Thursday, August 14, 2025, and will be played with the Nintendo Switch 2 mouse. The Joy-Con 2 is held in both hands and slid like a mouse to control the wheels, and one hand is waved in front of the other to throw the ball and shoot it into the goal! The appeal of this game is its intuitive and easy-to-use controls that anyone can enjoy. Teams of three players play a three-minute match, and the team that scores the most points within the time limit wins.
