On Friday, August 21, 2026, Square Enix updated the official website for the latest entry in the Dragon Quest Monsters series, DQM4: The Withered World!
The update unveiled new details on characters met throughout the journey, including King Kareki and Warubou.
Furthermore, details regarding the mysterious item, Holy Bird's Watering Can, were also added.

Across the field environments in this title, players can find "Tree of Life Roots" and "Tree of Life Flowers" imbued with the power of the Holy Bird.
Using the item, Holy Bird's Watering Can, you can restore tree roots that have withered from dark energy!
Restored Trees of Life serve as useful exploration hubs, acting as Zoom fast-travel points and enabling monster healing and synthesis.
