"Fate/EXTRA", the first RPG in the Fate series, was originally released on Thursday, July 22, 2010. A full remake for current-generation consoles is scheduled for release in 2025, featuring an enhanced scenario, refreshed character graphics, and a deck-building, dramatic command battle system with increased strategic depth.
The setting is a spiritual virtual world called SE.RA.PH., constructed on the Lunar Sea. In search of the almighty wish-granting device, the "Holy Grail," the "Moon Holy Grail War," a battle where countless spirit hackers and Heroic Spirits slaughter one another, begins again.
