Arc System Works Co., Ltd. has announced the release date for " Zohar," a new playable character in the fighting game " UNDER NIGHT IN-BIRTH II Sys:Celes " (hereinafter referred to as "UNI2").
The character will be released in stages starting at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 16, 2026.

The release date for “Zohar,” the new playable character for UNI2 —which had been scheduled for release in the summer of 2026—has finally been set.

The release dates vary by platform.
Specifically, they are as follows:

• PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Steam versions: Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
• Nintendo Switch version: September 24, 2026 (Thursday) at 10:00

Zohar is a character who appeared in the Chronicle Mode (commonly known as Story Mode) of previous games.
It has been about 9 years since his first appearance in the series.
It’s been about five months since his silhouette was revealed as an additional playable character.
And it’s been about two months since the character trailer was released.

Zohar is a fast-paced close-range fighter who confuses her opponents through combinations with her doppelganger.
By freely manipulating giant spikes and back-dash moves that close the distance in an instant, she can execute a variety of pincer attacks and guard breaks.

Incidentally, the DLC price is 660 yen (tax included).
