Logitech G Launches High-End Dynamic Microphone Yeti GX and Entry-Level Condenser Microphone Yeti Orb in Japan on February 15

Logicool Co Ltd. (the Japanese subsidiary of Logitech International S.A.) has announced two new gaming microphones from its gaming brand, Logicool G (Japanese counterpart of Logitech G).
The Yeti GX Dynamic RGB Gaming Microphone (hereafter, Yeti GX) and the Yeti Orb Condenser RGB Gaming Microphone (hereafter, Yeti Orb) will be released in Japan on Thursday, February 15, 2024.

Yeti GX Dynamic Microphone

The Yeti GX is the first top-tier dynamic microphone from Logitech G.
A key feature is that it picks up significantly less noise compared to standard condenser microphones.
By adopting a supercardioid pickup pattern, it captures only your voice, without keyboard typing sounds or ambient noise.
It also resists impact noise thanks to its built-in shock mount.

It supports the proprietary audio software BLUE VO!CE, providing full control over noise reduction and equalizer settings.
While it comes at a premium price point, with pre-orders currently open at the Logitech online store for 32,780 JPY (tax included), its performance justifies the cost.
It includes a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.

Yeti Orb Condenser Microphone

The Yeti Orb is a condenser microphone with a compact design.
By utilizing a cardioid pickup pattern, it filters out typing and clicking sounds, and further noise reduction is available via software.
