Logitech International, the world's leading manufacturer of gaming devices, announces the renewal of the "G512 Carbon RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard" under its Logitech G gaming brand. Logitech announced the renewal of the "G512 Carbon RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard", the standard gaming keyboard of the Logitech G gaming brand.

Two types of keyswitches have been renewed.

The G512 Carbon RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard is a gaming keyboard with a choice of three different key switches: GX Blue (clicky), GX Brown (tactical), and GX Red (linear).
The GX Brown (Tactical) and GX Red (Linear) keyswitches have been renewed.
The GX Brown (Tactical), GX Red (Linear), and GX Brown (Tactile) keyboards will now use Logitech's proprietary "Romer-G" switches.
The "Tactile" keyswitches are quieter with a solid typing feel, while the "Linear" keyswitches are smoother and lighter to the touch.
In addition to ease of typing, the "Tactile" model is durable, having passed the 70 million click test, and is capable of accurately responding to the simultaneous pressing of up to 26 keys.

The popular features have been retained.

The high specifications that make the G512 Carbon RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard a standard keyboard have been carried over to the new version.
The top case is made of a sturdy aluminum alloy used in aircraft, which prevents the keyboard from shifting position or being damaged by heavy typing.
The keyboard is also equipped with LIGHTSYNC technology, which provides a variety of RGB lighting patterns in 16.8 million vivid colors using the Logitech G HUB software.
A "Game Mode" is also included, ideal for game play, to prevent accidental hits to the Windows key, and to disable other keys using the Logitech G HUB software.
It is also possible to assign Macs to F1-F12.

Release Date and Price

The redesigned G512 Carbon RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard will be released on Thursday, February 6, 2020. The price is open price. Reference price is 13,750 JPY (including tax).
