The ROG Flow Z13-KJP from ASUS is a gaming-focused 2-in-1 laptop created in collaboration with the renowned Kojima Productions.
In addition to the laptop itself, a matching mouse and headset were also unveiled.
We had the chance to check out the actual hardware—rumored to be coming—at CES 2026, held in Las Vegas in January 2026.
The PC You Would Imagine LUDENS Using

At CES, the ASUS booth featured a special enclosed area dedicated exclusively to ASUS, showcasing a wide range of its latest products.
Among them, the Kojima Productions collaboration model was given its own dedicated corner.
While the “ROG Flow Z13-KJP” is part of ASUS’s gaming brand ROG, displaying it in a space that fully recreated the world of Kojima Productions drew significant attention from attendees.

When it comes to Kojima Productions, the iconic symbol that immediately comes to mind is LUDENS.
This lineup of collaboration models is unified by a white-and-gold color scheme inspired by LUDENS, strongly evoking the image of gear personally used by LUDENS itself.
Disassembled component designs on display

Before seeing the finished products, visitors could also view displays showing how each product is assembled, with individual components laid out.
This makes it clear that the design goes beyond simple paint accents—complex shapes and color schemes are achieved through the careful assembly of multiple parts.

The mouse appears as the “ROG Keris II ORIGIN-KJP,” a Kojima Productions–exclusive design based on the “ROG Keris II Origin.”
The product itself features a white-based design, while the venue also showcased reference samples in alternative color schemes such as gold.

By exposing the components in this way, visitors can more easily imagine the development process and manufacturing line behind the products.
As a result, the meticulously crafted mechanical structure is emphasized, reinforcing a distinctly mechanical aesthetic that resonates with the gadget and suit designs Kojima Productions is known for.
A detachable-keyboard 2-in-1 model

The “ROG Flow Z13-KJP” features a 13.4-inch, 2560×1600 touch-enabled ROG Nebula Display with a maximum refresh rate of 180Hz.
It is powered by an AMD Ryzen AI MAX+ 395 processor and comes with 128GB of LPDDR5X onboard memory.
Storage is handled by a 1TB NVMe M.2 SSD supporting PCI Express 4.0 x4, offering ample capacity for installing games and carrying high-bitrate video data.
The device also houses a 70Wh (4-cell lithium-ion) battery.

The keyboard is detachable and features a distinctive asymmetrical design.
It almost resembles equipment that LUDENS himself might use.

The rear design also embraces a mechanical aesthetic.
Beyond the color scheme and logo placement, even the fine lines and markings incorporate LUDENS’s design language.
Seeing the actual unit makes it clear that this is more than a simple tie-in—it’s a product designed to let users “wear” and use the world of Kojima Productions in everyday life.
Attaché case makes it even further

Carrying the device alone already adds a bit of excitement to daily life, but the product also includes a dedicated attaché case.
This custom-made case is just as meticulously designed, fully embodying the LUDENS-inspired aesthetic.
It can be used as an “equipment case” for the device itself, or as a stylish everyday attaché case for documents and personal items—either way, it’s sure to deliver a strong sense of ownership.

Notably, 2026 marks the 20th anniversary of ASUS’s gaming brand, ROG.
As an anniversary product celebrating a brand that has long led the high-end gaming PC market, this collaboration with Kojima Productions perfectly embodies ROG’s bold and aggressive brand image.
Tempting even with peripherals alone

The “ROG Flow Z13-KJP” is scheduled for release in early 2026, though pricing had not been announced as of late January 2026.
Given that the base model “ROG Flow Z13 (2025) GZ302 series” is positioned at a high price point, the “ROG Flow Z13-KJP” is also expected to be priced in the high-end gaming PC range.
While Kojima Productions fans will undoubtedly want the main unit, those who find it out of reach may opt to start with peripherals such as the wireless mouse or headset.

The “ROG Scabbard II XXL-KJP” mouse pad is one of the more accessible items in the collaboration lineup.
Starting with it as a desk mat and gradually adding the mouse and headset can be an enjoyable way to build up the set.
Of course, going all in and creating a fully “Kojima Productions–themed” desk environment to immerse yourself in that world while gaming is an experience all its own.
Turning gameplay into a luxurious experience

For gamers, gameplay itself is of course important—but even when the power is off, simply having these products on your desk evokes a sense of story.
This collaboration delivers that kind of presence, elevating not only immersion during play, but also the time spent interacting with your PC and peripherals into something truly special.
