TV TOKYO Group, Inc. announced today that " STAGE:0 2025 " will be held from August 15 (Fri.) to August 17 (Sun.), 2025 at Expo '70 Kansai in Osaka, Japan. This is one of the largest high school e-sports tournaments in Japan and the first high school e-sports tournament in Japan to be held at the Expo. The venue is the Expo Hall, one of the largest indoor event halls at the Expo, a circular hall with approximately 1,900 spectator seats.

STAGE:0 2025" will be held for three days from Friday, August 15 to Sunday, August 17, 2025, at the EXPO Hall in the Expo '70 Osaka. The Expo Hall is a circular hall that integrates seating and a stage, and seats approximately 1,900 spectators. This will be the first high school e-sports tournament to be held at the Expo in Japan, and the only e-sports event to be held at the Expo Hall.

The tournament will be open to high school teams from all over Japan, and the teams that win the preliminary rounds will advance to the national tournament. During the event, teams will engage in heated competition to determine the true number one team in Japan. About "STAGE:0 eSPORTS High-School Championship

STAGE:0 eSPORTS High-School Championship" is one of the largest eSPORTS competitions in Japan for high school students from all over Japan. Since the first event was held in 2019, many high school students have participated every year, providing a place for them to compete and grow with their peers through eSports. The name of the tournament, "STAGE:0", means "Everything starts from this stage" and aims to provide an opportunity for high school students to start a new challenge.

The competition will proceed through regional qualifying rounds to the national competition. At the national competition, representative teams from each region gather to compete in a heated battle to become the true number one team in Japan. The competition title will vary each year and will feature popular e-sports games. In the past, "League of Legends" and "Fortnite" were chosen as the competition titles.
