This tournament is SNK's official event, crowning world champions across four titles: "Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves," "THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV," "SAMURAI SHODOWN," and "Art of Fighting 3: The Path of the Warrior." The Finals were held in the US from Friday, October 31, to Sunday, November 2, 2025, gathering players who won their regional qualifiers and top players from the SWC 2025 Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ) to compete for the championship title.

Laggia secured his spot in the main tournament by winning the "SNK World Championships 2025 Qualifier Online Round - East Asia 1" and advanced to the Grand Finals without a loss. In the finals, GO1 managed to force a bracket reset, but Laggia won with a composed playstyle and successfully secured the championship. Laggia reached the top of the world in a different title, his first such victory in two years since THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV!
