On Monday, June 30, 2025, Taiyo Holdings Co., Ltd. held a special class titled "The Driving Force to Challenge the World ~How to Enjoy Challenges~" at Takatsuki Daijyu Junior High School, inviting judoka Hifumi Abe as a lecturer.
Proceeds from "Street Fighter 6" collaboration merchandise were used for the planning and operation of this event.

Hifumi Talks About the Joy of Taking on Challenges He Wants to Convey to Junior High School Students

Taiyo Holdings aims to create various inspiring things globally and realize a fun society, and is not only focusing on its electronics business but also on human resource development, continuing to take on new challenges.
Furthermore, they wish to convey the importance of enjoying challenges to young people in their teens who will be active in the future, and are actively creating learning opportunities for students.

As part of this activity, Taiyo Holdings Co., Ltd., together with its group company Taiyo Pharmatech Co., Ltd., held a special class for 446 students of Takatsuki Daijyu Junior High School, with whom they have interacted through work experience programs.

After the greeting from Yoshiyuki Miyazaki, the principal of Takatsuki Daijyu Junior High School, Hifumi's lecture began.
Hifumi spoke about how he came to aim for the world:

When I was 6 years old, I watched judo on TV and thought, “That looks fun,” and that was the first step towards aiming for the world.
In junior high school, after class, I would go to high school and practice with stronger upperclassmen until late every night.
I felt that the joy of achieving something after challenging myself was irreplaceable.

In the latter half, Hifumi answered questions from the students.
Regarding questions such as "What do you do to avoid getting nervous before a match?" and "How do you deal with the anxiety of possibly failing?", he sincerely answered:

Rather than overcoming nervousness, I accept that it's natural to be there from the beginning and go into the match.
Even if I fail, I don't get too down and try to think positively. I believe that reflecting on failures helps me in the next attempt and leads to success.
