Brawl Stars, the popular smartphone app developed and operated by Supercell, has tapped Soshina of Shimofuri Myojo for its new commercial. Titled "Soshina's Brawl Stars Commercial," it features a short commercial and a behind-the-scenes & interview video.
Soshina, a Hardcore Player, Appears in the Brawl Stars Commercial
Soshina, a popular comedian from Shimofuri Myojo who is often in the news, was chosen for the new commercial for the smartphone app "Brawl Stars" (App Store/Google Play).
Soshina is also active as a video creator, appearing in and managing YouTube channels such as "Shimofuri Tube" (2.15 million subscribers), "Soshina Official Channel" (2.36 million subscribers), and "Soshina's Location Shoot" (890,000 subscribers). Among them, the Playing Hitori Sanpi series, where he critiques social media news, is very popular, and his unfiltered comments (skits) cause a stir every time.
Soshina started playing "Brawl Stars" after a project in a video. He then continued to play it extensively in his private life, which led to his appearance in this commercial.
Directly Appealed for Game Improvements in the Interview
Behind-the-scenes footage and an interview were also released at the same time as the new commercial. In the interview, he revealed that he is aiming to become a "top ranker" within the top 200 in the global rankings. There were also scenes where he directly appealed for improvements from the perspective of a heavy user who genuinely plays the game, such as the UI of the pick screen and game modes, offering a glimpse into Soshina's love for "Brawl Stars."
