Capcom Co., Ltd. announced that new event quests, "Shining Blades against the Dull Wasteland" and "No More Mister Ice Guy," for "Monster Hunter Wilds" were released on Wednesday, August 20, 2025.
Additionally, information on event quests scheduled for future release has also been shared.
Two Event Quests Now Available to Get a Lot of Decorations for Weapons and Armor!
Hunters can never have enough decorations for their essential weapons and armor.
"Shining Blades against the Dull Wasteland" gives you decorations for weapons, while "No More Mister Ice Guy" gives you decorations for armor.
Both quests can be joined by players with an HR of 31 or higher, and the release period is from Wednesday, August 20, 2025 to Wednesday, August 27, 2025.
Clear these event quests to get a lot of decorations, so be sure to play them soon.
"Shining Blades against the Dull Wasteland" Quest Details
- Difficulty: 6★
- Field: Windward Plains
- Conditions: HR 31 or higher
- Clear Condition: Hunt a Seregios
- Release Period: August 20, 2025, at 9:00 AM to August 27, 2025, at 8:59 AM JST
"No More Mister Ice Guy" Quest Details
- Difficulty: 6★
- Field: Iceshard Cliffs
- Conditions: HR 31 or higher
- Clear Condition: Hunt the Tempered Blangonga
- Release Period: August 20, 2025, at 9:00 AM to August 27, 2025, at 8:59 AM JST
"A Vile Visage" and the Challenge Quest "Event: Ignition to the Top" Will Be Available Starting September 3!
The first event quest for September will be "A Vile Visage."
You can gather materials to get the head armor Doshagumask α, which looks like the ferocious Doshaguma's head.
Once you get it, you can hunt while pretending to be Doshaguma.
Be sure to clear it once it's released.

- Difficulty: 5★
- Field: Windward Plains
- Conditions: HR 9 or higher
- Clear Condition: Capture a Doshaguma (Boss)
- First Release Period: September 3, 2025, at 9:00 AM to September 17, 2025, at 8:59 AM JST
In addition, the challenge quest "Event: Ignition to the Top" will also be available starting Wednesday, September 3, 2025.
This quest is a preliminary for the "Monster Hunter Wilds USA Championship 2025" and the "Monster Hunter Wilds France Championship 2025."
