The results of the 48th Round of the "Famicom National Poll," "What Game Makes You Think of 'Father'?", have been announced, with the top 20 rankings revealed on the Famicom 40th Anniversary Campaign Site!
The theme was timed to coincide with this year's Father's Day on Sunday, June 16, 2024, a date that fell during the voting period.
Even in titles featuring a father figure in the story, their role varies: a father could be an ally, an enemy, or a goal.
Furthermore, there were interesting results, such as the ranking of titles that evoke the image of a father in the eyes of the public, or the writer (who, by the way, voted based on the impression of his own father playing "Ide Yousuke Meijin no Jissen Mahjong," which came in 49th place).
