Point a pin to your destination from the map!
The vast Pardea region is the stage for adventure. Because it is an open world, you can go anywhere, so you may have experienced the feeling of getting lost.
In such cases, it is convenient to open the map from the Y button and "set a destination" for the place you want to go in advance.
Once you have set a destination, an icon indicating your destination will appear on the mini-map in the lower right corner of the screen, and you can reach your destination by heading in the direction of the icon.
When you open the map, the Pokémon around you indicate the Pokémon that live around you.
In this title, Pokémon inhabit the field, but the ease and degree of their appearance varies from Pokémon to Pokémon.
If you see a Pokémon you are interested in, you will be able to find it if you search patiently around the area.
You can always remember its "Move"!
Up to four "Moves" can be learned by Pokémon.
In the past, you had to go through NPCs to "forget a move" and "remember a move," but in this game, you can make your Pokémon forget or remember a move at any time.
To do this, simply open the menu by pressing the X button, select the Pokémon whose move you want to change, and choose "View Strength.
You can recall or forget a move or learn a move machine by pressing the "A" button on the " Ability" page of the status screen.
When you select "Remember," a list of all the moves that the Pokémon has learned or had learned, including moves remembered by the Pokémon or by a move machine, will appear.
Since you can recall or forget a Pokémon's move anywhere, you can flexibly match it to the next opponent or to the chemistry of the Pokémon in your possession.
You can create "Deed Machines" at the "Deed Machine Machine" in the Pokémon Center. The number of different types of "Move Machines" you can create will increase as you progress through "Stardust★Street," one of the objectives of the game.
Catch Pokémon off guard from behind!
Press "B" on the field to crouch.
This "crouch" action is very useful when you want to battle a wild Pokémon!
While crouching, you can gently approach a wild Pokémon instead of slowing down your movement speed.
If you throw a ball containing the first Pokémon from behind a wild Pokémon by pressing the ZR button, what happens?
You can catch the wild P okémon by surprise!
A Pokémon caught off guard will be unable to act for one turn, giving you an advantage in battle.
When fighting a wild Pokémon, try approaching it from behind to avoid being noticed.
Also, as in the previous game, high level wild Pokémon are difficult to catch, and even if you catch them, they may not listen to you.
If you advance along the "Champion Road" and collect gym badges, they may listen to you or become easier to catch depending on the badge.
