Kyushu Telecommunication Network Co., Inc. (QTnet) announced that as of Wednesday, April 1, 2026, it merged with its group company, Sengoku Co., Ltd., with QTnet as the surviving company.
Along with this merger, the QTnet eSports Department took over all business operations of Sengoku Co., Ltd., including the professional eSports team QT DIG∞, starting from the same day.

This merger follows the Basic Merger Agreement signed by QTnet and Sengoku Co., Ltd. in February 2026 and was executed on Wednesday, April 1.
Through this, QTnet states that it aims to concentrate management resources in the eSports business, accelerate decision-making, promote strong integrated operations, and strive to create new experiential value.
QT DIG∞ won the largest domestic e-motorsports tournament, 2025 AUTOBACS JEGT Supported by GRAN TURISMO, achieving a four-peat in the competition.
Most recently, it has produced results such as advancing to the Playoffs in the VALORANT Challengers Japan 2026 Split 1 Main Stage Phase 1.
While Sengoku Co., Ltd. was dissolved as a corporation, attention is focused on future trends and the activities QTnet will showcase in the eSports world after inheriting its assets and resources.
