PR TIMESThe internet connection service, So-net Hikari, provided by Sony Network Communications Inc., has announced the option service, PlayStation 5 Digital Edition Japanese Exclusive for So-net.
This option lets you lease a PlayStation 5 for a monthly fee of 1,500 yen (dropping to 750 yen from the 37th month onwards).
So-net is accepting simultaneous applications for the line and this option starting Wednesday, July 15, 2026, for select 1Gbps and 10Gbps plans of So-net Hikari, as well as So-net Hikari (au Hikari). Starting in September, the company will begin shipping equipment and accepting standalone option applications sequentially.
