A demo for the Nintendo Switch 2 software Star Fox, scheduled for release on Thursday, June 25, 2026, is now available on the Nintendo Store and Nintendo eShop.
Players can watch the prologue movie for this game, learn basic controls in the tutorial, and play the early stage Meteo.
Furthermore, players can experience the very first stage, Corneria, at in-store demo kiosks set up at video game retailers across the country.
Three "Star Fox" Commercials Released in Japan
Stations are currently broadcasting three commercials introducing "Star Fox" — the Character Edition, the Action Edition, and the Immersive Edition — in Japan.
In-Game Music Now Available Early on "Nintendo Music"
A live orchestra newly arranged and recorded every single background track in this game.
Nintendo has made 10 tracks from the soundtrack available for early streaming on Nintendo Music, the music service for Nintendo Switch Online members.
"Star Fox" Plush Merchandise to be Released
Sanei Boeki will release plush merchandise of the four "Star Fox" team members on Thursday, June 25, 2026, the same day as the software.
Pre-orders are now open on the Nintendo Store, and Nintendo also plans to sell them at Nintendo TOKYO / OSAKA / KYOTO / FUKUOKA starting that same day.
