During the 30-minute special program "Xbox Presents: A Special Look at STRANGER THAN HEAVEN," new information regarding STRANGER THAN HEAVEN was introduced.

The first trailer was released within the program, showing how the protagonist, Makoto Daito, grows up while moving across five cities, including Kokura in Fukuoka, Kure in Hiroshima, and Atami in Shizuoka.
This title depicts Makoto's life over a span of 50 years.
Born in America to an American father and a Japanese mother, Makoto loses both parents at an early age.
While facing many hardships growing up in Western society, he comes to Japan in 1915.
Then, he meets Yu Shinjo, a boy who is slightly older and also mixed race.
He also aims to start a new life in Japan, and the two young men become deeply connected as best friends and rivals.
An Unexpectedly Star-Studded Cast Is Revealed! Even From Overseas
Part of the cast appearing in this title has been revealed.
The world-famous legendary hip-hop star Snoop Dogg(@SnoopDogg) and his son, Cordell Broadus(@cbroadus), are making an appearance.
In addition, the following artists have been confirmed to appear as singers, including:
- Satoshi Fujihara (Official HIGE DANdism)(@satoshi_higedan)
- Tori Kelly(@torikelly)
Tori Kelly and Satoshi Fujihara also co-produced the theme song for this title, and the song was performed for the first time within the program.
A Specially Designed New Combat System
A new combat system specially designed for this title has been adopted.
The key feature is that players can operate the left and right sides of Makoto's body independently.
It is also possible to attack with one arm while defending with the other.
In addition, a wide variety of weapon types appear, ranging from basic items such as knives, hammers, and wooden mallets to masterpieces like katanas, and even new inventions from each era.
