Capcom Co., Ltd. continues to announce the latest information for "Street Fighter 6," which is celebrating its first anniversary.
The first Year 2 additional character, "M. Bison," will be implemented on Wednesday, June 26, 2024.
First Year 2 Additional Character "M. Bison" Set for Release on June 26
"Street Fighter 6" is set to release four additional characters per year, allowing players to enjoy exciting battles alongside regular character adjustments. At the end of May 2024, one of the series' most popular characters, "Akuma," was implemented, and on Saturday, June 8, 2024, the Year 2 lineup was also revealed. The shocking announcement of Terry and Mai from SNK's "Fatal Fury" series joining as surprise guest characters created a massive buzz on social media.
While "Street Fighter 6" has had an unparalleled start to its second year, the first Year 2 additional character, "M. Bison," has been confirmed to join the roster on Wednesday, June 26, 2024! Although the initial announcement was for Summer 2024, this earlier release is a welcome surprise!
"Street Fighter 6" Official WebsiteA man who resembles M. Bison, the leader of Shadaloo, who was believed to be dead. He has lost his memories, but has violent tendencies. He appears in locations related to Shadaloo, guided by Psycho Power.
As for "M. Bison," he is an essential figure in the Street Fighter series.

M. Bison, or the “man who resembles M. Bison,” is defined by his use of Psycho Power.
In addition to the familiar "Knee Press Nightmare" and "Psycho Punisher," he has also learned a new move, "Back Fist Combo," which implants a Psycho Mine into the opponent upon hit.
The Psycho Mine can be detonated after a certain amount of time or by hitting with "Back Fist Combo," "Psycho Crusher Attack," or "Devil Reverse."
This new mechanic seems likely to expand his combo potential.
As is traditional when a new character is implemented,
by obtaining Costume "Outfit 2," you can fight in the familiar form of M. Bison, the leader.
We were surprised by his gray hair in "Street Fighter V," but given that he isn't even wearing his military uniform in his default look for this game, many fans will likely prefer "Outfit 2."
Costume "Outfit 2" can be obtained by purchasing it or by clearing certain conditions in "World Tour".
