The SSR weapon "Jailer" will debuff the enemy with a large amount of continuous damage when a normal attack hits or when a specific skill is activated. When certain skills are activated, the weapon draws surrounding enemies to itself and deploys a sword energy ward on the field, inflicting a large area of damage and temporarily blocking enemy movement.
