To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the PlayStation, Sony has announced the release of a photo book and collaborative sneakers. The photo book, "PlayStation: The First 30 Years," will be available in spring 2026, and the collaborative sneaker will be released in October 2025.

September 2025 marks the 30th anniversary of the original PlayStation in North America and Europe. To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the original PlayStation, Sony has released a photo book titled " PlayStation: The First 30 Years ".

The book is filled with photos of prototypes, concept sketches, and development model designs that you won't find anywhere else. In nearly 400 pages, this journey through the history of the PlayStation will take you on a nostalgic trip down memory lane.

"The PlayStation: The First 30 Years" will be available in spring 2026. The book will be available in two editions : a standard edition and adeluxe edition with an outer box. "PlayStation x Reebok" 30th anniversary collection of collaborative sneakers is now available!

To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the PlayStation, Reebok has collaborated with the brand to create a new line of sneakers. The sneakers, designed in homage to the original PlayStation, will be available in Japan, the United States, and the United Kingdom. The " INSTAPUMP FURY 94 " will be available in Japan, the " PUMP OMNI ZONE II " in the US, and the " WORKOUT PLUSPLUS " for the U.S. and "WORKOUT PLUS " for the U.K., respectively. Reebok and PlayStation have collaborated on three special designs.

All models are packaged in special limited edition packaging and come in the iconic gray color palette of the original PlayStation. The detailed design and nostalgic details make this a must-have for fans. The INSTAPUMP FURY 94 will be available in Japan from October 24 (Fri.) to 26 (Sun.), 2025 at BEAMS in limited quantities.
