First Wireless Fighting Game Controller for PS5 and PC Announced!
This stylish new controller significantly enhances player flexibility when enjoying their favorite fighting games.
For wireless connections, it achieves ultra-low latency through innovative PlayStation Link technology.
Project Defiant enables ultra-low latency wireless connectivity and diverse play methods, making fighting games even more enjoyable.
Let's take a look at its features.
Custom-Designed Controller for Fighting Games
"Project Defiant" features custom-designed, high-quality digital sticks.
The controller includes tool-free interchangeable restrictor gates (square, circular, octagonal) for the sticks, buttons with mechanical switches, and the same touchpad found on DualSense wireless controllers.
It boasts a robust, ergonomic design for comfortable operation even during intense combat.
Additionally, it has a feature to wirelessly power on the PS5 by holding down the PS button.
Ultra-Low Latency Wireless Connectivity
With PS Link wireless technology compatible with PS5 and PC, every input timing can now be precisely captured.
This means it can provide accurate responses in-game for each button press and digital stick movement.
You can also play via a wired USB-C connection.
Includes a Sling Carry Case
The included sling carry case allows for easy storage and portability of "Project Defiant."
This case is equipped with lever gaps to securely protect the digital sticks, safeguarding the controller from impact during travel.
This controller is scheduled for release in 2026.
