This game is a dramatic collapse-themed action-adventure in which a man who has lost everything meets the “Taboo Child”—the being responsible for the world’s collapse—and they join forces to reach the surface.

The game is set in a world where people have built a civilization atop the World Tree.
The story begins when the protagonist, who has lost everything, meets the “Accursed Child ”—who brings collapse to the world—and begins his descent from the World Tree.

Players will make their way toward the Earth’s surface by utilizing the protagonist’s basic actions—such as jumping and dashing—along with the “Taboo Child’s” mysterious “gliding action” and the ability to grow the branches of the World Tree.
