FUKUOKA Game Creators Next" will be held on March 20, 2026 (Friday, national holiday) at the Fukuoka City Science Museum with the aim of fostering the next generation of game creators.
The timetable for the stage events has been announced, which will include talk shows and dialogues with splendid guests, game contests, and more.
- 10:00～: Doors open
- 11:00-11:50: Special talk show by Shinya Arino (@arimorokoshi415 ), Yoiko
- 13:00-13:50: "Game creator's job" seminar by NAMCO BANDAI Studios
- 15:00-16:00: 19th Fukuoka Game Contest "GFF AWARD 2026
- 16:15-17:45: Special Game Discussion
- 18:00～: "GFF AWARD 2026" Award Ceremony
Special Game Talks will be held by Hiroyuki (@hirox246 ), Naoki Yoshida of Square Enix, and Akihiro Hino of Level-5.
Admission is free, and the event will be held in the 6th floor Science Hall.
The four finalists for the game contest "GFF AWARD 2026" have been selected.
The 19th Fukuoka Game Contest " GFF AWARD 2026 " will announce and award the Grand Prize and the winning entry in each category from all over Japan. Mr. Naoki Yoshida of Square Enix will judge the 2026 contest as a guest judge.
The nominees for the final judging in the game software category are the following four titles.
