• Residents of Japan
• Those who have a Sakarutsuku RTW game account and have participated in the 63rd, 64th, and 65th SWCC Master Division and won or placed second in the tournament (Invited Players).
• Those who have participated in the 63rd, 64th, and 65th SWCC Master Division and meet the selection criteria (reserve player quota).
• Those who can stay at the accommodation designated by the tournament management team on the day before the "1st King of Sakatsukuru Tournament".
• Those who agree to allow the tournament to be broadcast on the Internet.
