"Karate Baka Isekai" Creator's New RPG, "KARATE ROGUE," Releases Demo! Play Early at TGS2025!

The game brand Terry-do GAMES, managed by Terry-do LLC, has released a demo version of its new PC rogue-like RPG, KARATE ROGUE, on Steam!

This highly anticipated title is developed by Eitou Terry (@terry10x12th), the original author of the popular comic Karate Baka Isekai.
A playable demo will also be available at the Tokyo Game Show 2025 indie game corner, held at Makuhari Messe starting Thursday, September 25, 2025.

Fusion of Karate and Roguelike! Highly Strategic Combo Battles

KARATE ROGUE is a fighting RPG where players conquer dungeons by utilizing martial arts and combat techniques.
In turn-based combat, it's crucial to create combos that leverage the synergy between techniques and to respond to enemy attacks. As players progress through dungeons, they learn new techniques and equipment, developing their own unique fighting styles.

The Demo Version 0 released this time allows players to go from the tutorial all the way to the boss battle of the Beginner Dungeon!
In addition to basic controls, it features a variety of karate techniques and equipment to try out, allowing players to enjoy their own builds.
Furthermore, Awakening Skills that significantly change tactics and flashy finishing moves have also been implemented.

An update to Version 1, which will add towns and a companion system, is scheduled for November, raising anticipation for the full release.

At Tokyo Game Show 2025, which marks Terry-do GAMES' first exhibition, in addition to playing the demo, there will also be boss challenges, novelty giveaways, and technique explanations and demonstrations by the developers.

She will be in charge of in-game narration and system voices, and has also participated in promotional videos.
Hatanaka has appeared in numerous works, such as the role of PUCK in Shadow Labyrinth, and has strong support from game fans.

KARATE ROGUE offers a fresh experience for all players: game fans, roguelike enthusiasts, and martial arts lovers.
