Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, has announced that it will exhibit at the “Tokyo Game Show 2026” (hereinafter “TGS2026”), to be held at Makuhari Messe from Thursday, September 17, 2026, through Monday, September 21, 2026 (a national holiday).
This will mark the city’s third consecutive year of participation. At the Iwakuni City booth, the city will promote its tourism resources and regional appeal through the free PC game “IWAKUNI QUEST,” which is set in the city, while also publicizing its initiatives to attract IT companies and fostering connections with people outside the region.
The Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, booth will feature an introduction to “IWAKUNI QUEST” and a gacha event where visitors can win limited-edition giveaways.
At the Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture booth in Hall 8 of Makuhari Messe, the free PC game “IWAKUNI QUEST” —set in the city—will be showcased, and a premium gacha event for visitors will also be held.
Please note that there will be no opportunity to try out “IWAKUNI QUEST” at the venue.
Premium Gacha Event with Limited-Edition Giveaways!
A premium gacha event will be held where participants can win a limited number of " Iwakuni City Original Giveaways," such as acrylic keychains and stickers featuring characters from IWAKUNI QUEST.
