Aniplex Co., Ltd. acquires all shares of Rasengle Co., Ltd., which split the game business of Delight Works! Rasengle's logo is also open to the public!

Aniplex Corporation announced that on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, it acquired all shares of L'Assengle Corporation, which took over the game business of Delightworks, Inc. through a corporate split.
As a result, the game business of Delightworks will join Aniplex as Racengle.

In addition, at the general meeting of shareholders and board of directors meeting of Lasengle held on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, the following directors were elected.

Atsuhiro Iwakami is an Executive Officer of Sony Music Entertainment Inc. and is also known as the President and Representative Director of Aniplex Corporation.

Yoshinori Ono is also the former president of Delightworks, Inc. and is known for his past work at Capcom, Inc. as an executive officer and executive producer of the Street Fighter series.

Starting Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. or later, the corporate logo displayed in the game has been changed from that of Delightworks to that of Lacengle in the "Fate/Grand Order" update.
The logo has also been released on the Lacengle corporate website.
The company name "Lasengle" was named by Kinoko Nasu of TYPE-MOON.
