The public relations facility Nintendo Museum opened in Uji City, Kyoto Prefecture, on Wednesday, October 2, 2024.
It has been a hot topic since its opening day, with numerous valuable materials that Nintendo has released over the years and museum-exclusive merchandise.

Nintendo official websiteOn Wednesday, October 2, 2024, the public relations facility Nintendo Museum opened in Uji City, Kyoto Prefecture, where you can learn about and experience the history of entertainment that Nintendo has created.
The Nintendo Museum was created by renovating the building of the Nintendo Uji Ogura Plant, which was established in 1969.
The original building was retained while a new one was added, and it has been fully renovated.

Inside the museum, products that Nintendo has released, from the Nintendo Entertainment System to the Nintendo Switch, are exhibited in a packed-out manner.
In addition, there are hands-on exhibits where you can try out eight kinds of play with family and friends.
You can even have two people operate a Nintendo 64 controller or search for a specific card on a floor-sized Hyakunin Isshu.
Workshops Where You Can Play and Make Hanafuda!

Furthermore, at the museum, you can participate in a workshop where you can play and make Hanafuda cards, which is Nintendo's origin.
Even people who do not know the rules can play Hanafuda while looking at the explanations, and you can also enjoy making your own unique Hanafuda cards.

In addition to the exhibits and hands-on areas, there is also a shop that sells museum-exclusive merchandise and a cafe where you can order a custom burger by combining your favorite ingredients.
