In the United States, the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Digital Edition will each increase by $100, the PlayStation 5 Pro by $150, and the PlayStation Portal Remote Player by $50.

Due to the prolonged changes in the global economic environment, SIE has announced that it will revise the suggested retail prices for the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 5 Pro, and the PlayStation Portal Remote Player globally. While acknowledging the impact on the community, the company stated that this was a necessary decision to continue providing high-quality gaming experiences to players around the world.
In the United States, the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Digital Edition will see a price increase of $100 each, the PlayStation 5 Pro will increase by $150, and the PlayStation Portal Remote Player will increase by $50. The suggested retail prices will be revised starting Thursday, April 2, 2026.
