"INZONE H9 II" Gaming Headset Launches September 5, Co-Developed with Esports Team Fnatic

Sony has announced the "INZONE H9 II" gaming headset from its gaming brand "INZONE."
It is scheduled to be released on Friday, September 5, 2025, and pre-orders have started.

The "INZONE H9 II" is a gaming headset co-developed with the esports team Fnatic.
Sony and Fnatic jointly made various decisions on aspects such as sound and microphone quality tuning, headset fit, and the placement of each button.

It is equipped with a proprietary driver unit also used in the flagship wireless headphones "WH-1000XM6" to enhance sound quality and sound localization, and it has been tuned specifically for FPS games.
With equalizer presets co-developed with Fnatic's VALORANT and Apex Legends teams, it optimizes gunshots, footsteps, and sound effects for each game title.
They say it will bring players victory through sound.

The microphone boom that reaches the wearer's mouth and the unidirectional microphone effectively eliminate surrounding noise with AI noise reduction technology.
With support for wideband and super wideband, it reproduces clear and natural sound, down to the smallest details of a person's voice.
With improved noise reduction technology and transmission quality, it achieves the best voice chat performance in the series' history.

Supports 2.4GHz wireless connection using a USB Type-C transceiver

The headset's lightweight design, weighing 260g, reduces the burden on the head, while optimized side pressure and a unique headband structure ensure comfort even during long gaming sessions.
It supports a wide range of connection methods: a 2.4GHz wireless connection using a USB Type-C transceiver, Bluetooth Classic, LE Audio, and a 3.5mm wired connection.
It also supports simultaneous 2.4GHz wireless and Bluetooth connections, allowing you to connect to a PC or game console and a smartphone at the same time.

The "Noise Canceling Mode" reduces ambient noise to help you detect faint footsteps and gunshots during combat.
It also includes an "Ambient Sound Mode," which lets in the sounds around you.

The retail price for the "INZONE H9 II" is 39,600 yen (tax included).
