Tokyo Game Show 2021 " (TGS2021) will be held from September 30, 2021 (Thursday).
Namco Bandai Entertainment " will also be exhibiting at this event, with offline venues featuring " Super Robot Wars 30," "THE IDOLM@STER: STARLIT SEASON," " THE DARK PICTURES: HOUSEOF ASHES," "THE DARK PICTURES: HOUSE OF ASHES," " Little Nightmare " series, and other popular titles were on display at the offline venue.
The booth that I experienced was "Little Nightmare 2," and although the game was already released in February of this year, it was a must-see for fans of the series.
Play the popular "Little Nightmare 2" at the venue
The author, who tends to shy away from horror games, has not played " Little Nightmare 2.
However, I had seen videos of the game on YouTube and was already fascinated by its unique, weighty atmosphere.
The pressure of the traps relentlessly set here and there. The beauty of the dark and dirty world.
As I was experiencing the fascination of the game, which was much more intense and tense than what I had seen in the video, my first experience of " Little Nightmare " came to an end in no time.
The world of "Little Nightmare 2" is right in front of you at the exhibition and sales area!
Before and after the trial, I went to the exhibition and sales space.
The elaborate display of official goods was excellent, but what caught my attention most of all was the set that was set up to recreate the image of the original work.
The lockers, which, knowing the gimmick in the film, made one wonder if they would fall over, and the desks and chairs used by the children, with their impressive empty heads.
The set is a spectacular sight, with the motifs of the classrooms we will visit in " Little Nightmare 2 " condensed into a single word.
In this space, the main characters "Six" and "Mono" moved around the booth in a relaxed manner, and their presence, just like in the original story, was a performance that must be seen in person.
While online has its own charms with its ease of access and lack of crowds, we hope to see the complete return of the offline event in the future. ......!
Sale on Steam!
Despite the limited number of visitors to the offline venue, the attractive and abundant lineup of test games and sets that recreated the world view at a high level showed how much effort Namco Bandai Entertainment has put into TGS2021.
On top of that, the "Little Nightmare " series is currently on sale on Steam (until 10/5)! Especially "Little Nightmare" is 75% off.
If you haven't played the game yet, this is your chance to experience something different from what you've seen in the videos and streaming services, so please take this opportunity to play it!
