The largest gaming event in Japan, "Tokyo Game Show 2024," was held from Thursday, September 26 to Sunday, September 29, 2024.
The "KOEI TECMO GAMES" booth had impressive displays, such as a life-sized statue of Lü Bu and enormous figures of Natsu and Lucy, and it was possible to try out demos for "Dynasty Warriors: ORIGINS" and "FAIRY TAIL 2."

The KOEI TECMO GAMES Booth Is Marked by Its Striking Displays!
The KOEI TECMO GAMES booth featured a display of a life-sized statue of Lü Bu!
Being life-sized, the statue of Lü Bu was quite imposing.
Additionally, following the life-sized statue of Lü Bu, there was also a display of enormous figures of Natsu and Lucy from "FAIRY TAIL"!
They were also quite impressive, and standing with them makes you feel like a guild member of "Fairy Tail" yourself.
Next to the display of the huge Natsu and Lucy figures, there was a message board that recreated the guild's "request board," and a message illustration newly drawn by Hiro Mashima was on display.
Many people left messages on the message board, and the Saiga NAK editorial team also left a message!
Playing the "FAIRY TAIL 2" Demo!
At the KOEI TECMO GAMES booth, it was possible to try out demos for "Dynasty Warriors: ORIGINS," which will be released on Friday, January 17, 2025, and "FAIRY TAIL 2," which will be released on Thursday, December 12, 2024.
The "Dynasty Warriors: ORIGINS" demo area was bustling, as it is the latest installment in the extremely popular "Dynasty Warriors" series!
This time, the Saiga NAK editorial team played the "FAIRY TAIL 2" demo!
In this title, the story takes place in the final arc of the original work, the Alvarez Empire Arc, and in the demo, we were able to play the Prologue, which is the beginning of the game.
In this title, Hiro Mashima, the original creator of "FAIRY TAIL," supervised everything from the story to the graphics.
The dialogue is fully voiced, and hearing the famous lines from the original work was thrilling!
In this demo, we learned the basic controls through a tutorial and experienced exploring towns, having conversations, and battles.
"FAIRY TAIL 2" has been completely revamped from the previous title, "FAIRY TAIL," with its flashy and exhilarating magic battles and beautiful 3D graphics being very impressive.
