SQUARE ENIX CO., LTD. has announced DRAGON QUEST GOLF, a golf goods brand for the 'Dragon Quest' series.
Some products currently under development are scheduled to be exhibited at the 59th Japan Golf Fair 2025.
Dragon Quest, Loved Across Generations, Now a Golf Goods Brand
The 'Dragon Quest' series, which began with its first title in 1986, is a nationally beloved RPG that has been enjoyed for over 30 years.
Users who were children back then have become parents, users who were adults back then are now at an age where they have grandchildren, and nowadays, many families are likely enjoying 'Dragon Quest' across two or three generations.
"DRAGON QUEST GOLF" is said to be currently under production for these fans, designed to also be enjoyed as a communication tool that can spark conversations across generations through the products.
With the theme 'Let's Go on an Adventure!', plans include developing items such as golf balls designed with Slime faces, monster-shaped headcovers, and a colorful blue carry bag featuring Slimes in various places – items designed to make golf even more enjoyable.
Of course, in addition to being enjoyed by parents and children, they will likely be perfect as gifts for those who love golf or are starting out.

At Japan's largest golf festival, the '59th Japan Golf Fair 2025', some products currently under development will be exhibited as samples.
The event runs for three days: Friday, March 7, Saturday, March 8, and Sunday, March 9, 2025.
The venue is the Hokushin Trading booth (2-48) in the PACIFICO Yokohama Exhibition Hall.
