Version 5.4 "Moonlight Amidst Dreams" of "Genshin Impact," developed by Cognosphere Pte. Ltd., will be released on Wednesday, February 12, 2025!
Version 5.4 will feature the new 5-Star character Yumemizuki Mizuki (Anemo) and a themed event related to the Mikawa Flower Festival.

Version 5.4 "Moonlight Amidst Dreams" is scheduled for release on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
In this version, you will travel back to Inazuma, the land of thunder, to participate in the grand "Mikawa Flower Festival."

Meet the new character Yumemizuki Mizuki and enjoy the festival while reuniting with familiar friends like Raiden Shogun and Yae Miko.

Mikawa Flower Festival: A Lively Celebration of Humans and Youkai

This year's Mikawa Flower Festival, held at the foot of Mt. Yougou in Inazuma, is said to be even more lively than usual.
What was once a gathering of Youkai has now evolved into a festival where humans and Youkai participate together.

This year's Mikawa Flower Festival will hold a special "Game Development Competition" for 48 hours!
Raiden Shogun will also appear to investigate a mysterious nightmare involving an old friend.

Two-Day Game Development Competition

The "Game Development Competition" is a two-day event where humans and Youkai cooperate to try and create new forms of entertainment.
The Youkai can converse in human language thanks to the special meal.

A Little Fox's Daydream

One of the Game Development Competition entries is "A Little Fox's Daydream," created by Mizuki and Kokomi.
Help a young fox brave an ever-changing dream world in search of delicious fried tofu and guide it to its destination.

Bunshin Phantasm

"Bunshin Phantasm" by Sayu, Yoimiya, and Kichiboushi is said to test strategy and teamwork.
Guide the cute Mujimuji Daruma, which mimics your movements, and cleverly activate mechanisms to open the path to your destination!

Akitsu Harpastum: Dreams Doubled

"Akitsu Harpastum: Dreams Doubled" is by Thoma and his Youkai companions.
It's a combination of "Akitsu Yuugei," a traditional Inazuman block-breaking game, and elements of Monstadt's Batoudo, and it can be enjoyed in both single-player and multiplayer modes.

Clearing these mini-games will earn you "Festival Stamps," which can be exchanged for luxurious rewards such as the 4-star polearm "Tamayuratei no Ohanashi."

What is Yumemizuki Mizuki's true identity...?

Yumemizuki Mizuki will make her first appearance in the first half of Version 5.4's Event Wishes.

The new 5-Star character Yumemizuki Mizuki is an incarnation of a dream-eating tapir, who uses her talent for devouring nightmares to become a professional psychotherapist, helping people confront the nightmares hidden deep within their hearts.
In Mizuki's Story Quest, you'll have the opportunity to visit Aisa Bathhouse directly, so perhaps you'll be able to experience her psychotherapy there.

Yumemizuki Mizuki will be active as an Anemo catalyst user, demonstrating her abilities as a versatile support character with both Anemo damage and healing capabilities.
She can be flexibly combined with Pyro, Electro, Hydro, and Cryo characters to enhance Anemo damage, making it possible to efficiently improve the party's overall offensiveness.

Dreamdrifter State

After activating her Elemental Skill, she will enter a "Dreamdrifter State," gracefully floating in the air, dealing damage to surrounding enemies, and further enhancing the party's Anemo damage.
Additionally, Mizuki can provide healing effects depending on the team's situation.

Activating her Elemental Burst pulls enemies in and creates "Dreaming Moonlit Confections," which, when picked up, provide character HP recovery or Anemo area damage.
In addition, party members who use healing dishes can recover an additional 30% HP.

In the first half of Version 5.4's Event Wishes, Yumemizuki Mizuki will make her debut, and Sigewinne will have a rerun. In the second half of the Event Wishes, Furina and Wriothesley will have reruns.
