Brain Training × Esports PuyoPuyo Trainer Officially Launches! Browser Game Service for Nursing Care and Welfare Facilities
News

The brain training × esports service, PuyoPuyo Trainer, designed for nursing care and welfare facilities, officially launched on Thursday, October 1, 2026.

Born from Nursing Care and Welfare Facilities, PuyoPuyo Trainer Launches Service

Developed by the PuyoPuyo Trainer Production Committee, established by four companies—Entertainment & Care Lab., ELECOM CO., LTD., GLOE Inc., and Shochiku Broadcasting Co., Ltd.—PuyoPuyo Trainer has officially launched, optimized so that elderly individuals and facility residents can enjoy it effortlessly.

Based on interviews conducted across nursing care and welfare environments, this service is a subscription-based browser game developed in response to frontline feedback—such as recreational activities becoming repetitive, individual differences in willingness to participate, and the burden placed on staff for preparation and facilitation.
Throughout development, multiple trial sessions and briefing sessions for stakeholders were held with actual use at care and welfare sites in mind.

The service aims to promote natural communication through gaming and provide ongoing recreational support at facilities.
